Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

The Little Pink Shop ships to addresses within the U.S. only.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages
The Little Pink Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love the item(s) you purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email or call us within 5 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions. The item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving it. It must be in its original packaging with tags and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be covered. Jewelry, handbags, bath & body, and hats are non-refundable. The Little Pink Shop is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Please contact your local USPS.
